initial confusion with delivery time

Thank you for sending me the picture! To be very honest the orchids that are posted online item T98-2A are looking nicer and got more flowers. If there is a way to change to more like on the online picture I will greatly appreciate!

It was very pleasant doing business with the people at LaSalle. They were very helpful in processing the order and yes, I did like seeing a picture of the flowers.

A reliably great florist! I've used them several times now, and have been very happy with all of the orders. The arrangements are really pretty and look like what you saw and ordered online. (Of course, all florists may need to make some substitutions, but I've had terrible experiences with other places that sent shoddy, nothing-like-what-was-pictured arrangements.) LaSalle Flowers even sent a photo of the actual arrangement they created, which is a great customer service feature! Delivery times have been quick, too; the only negative is how expensive delivery is. (Unfortunately, that's not unique to LaSalle Flowers - but maybe a subscription-type annual pass for free shipping might help.)

Flowers are beautiful, no light pink roses like the photo. My only issue is the vase is a standard glass vase, no hammered gold detail like the photo. For the price I paid I expect the vase to be a little better, like the photo. Love everything else however (next day delivery, flowers close to the photo and fresh, photo confirmation)!

Great fast same day service! I was in shock how speedy service was. Including the accuracy. Amazing service I will be using them in the future. Assuming this is why I felt rushed with the order but I understand the urgency just do not appreciate being rushed would be the only downfall. But how can you get same day without being rushed.!?! Like a win loose win situation. However, I was being rushed before she knew it was same day… but I was also calling probably at their busy time. I was not impressed with the picture, but the recipient said they were beautiful and that's all that matters. I have high expectations especially when I was trying to spend more to make sure they were absolutely perfect but even when you spend $125 they should be amazing. I wouldn't say they were amazing. I would say they were just beautiful.
