Getting a photo helped me see that the information had not been printed on the ribbons like I had asked for. Brianna called the driver and had them return the door hanger to the shop to correct the issue. I really appreciate her efforts in getting it returned and corrected. thanks

Great arrangement, delivered on time with a friendly greeting from the delivery driver, "Happy birthday from McShan's!" The fox comes with the flowers, but I didn't know that, and ordered a second fox. McShan's called me to say I didn't need to order an extra animal, unless I wanted to. That's great customer service!

The flowers are nice/pretty...just not quite what I expected. It's mostly greenery in a glass jar. It's probably just hard to tell in the picture. Thank you!
