Well honestly after 30 plus years with McShanes I think it's time to change florist:( I went in ask for wreath for a bridal shower was told it would cost close to $180 , it wasn't the what she was going to wear on at the wedding, I agreed on $100 and I m sorry this doesn't look like $100, it's full of leaves not flowers I'm so disappointed, and then had to argue with staff just to get a lid for the box it came in , again I'm done

I'm sorry if you think our services are expensive. We created the flower crown exactly as you requested, and even reworked it to your specifications. Unfortunately, our boxes do not come with lids, but we were able to create one for you.

This is not a nice looking plant. Most of the time the bereavement plants are ivy's or some time of pretty leafy plant. I don't like this one at all. It looks like a skimpy tree

There was supposed to be pink roses in this arrangement. This doesn't look like the picture I chose from your website. I'm not rating this with 5 stars only 2 stars

This arrangement is so Beautiful! It was placed next to the family sign in book at the funeral home. Everyone that saw it commented on it asking us what florist we went through. The little statue that was place inside the flowers was a great touch to the arrangement. My family was also able to take it home since it's the perfect fit for a counter. The family truly appreciates & thanks McShan Florist for making such a Beautiful arrangement.
