I asked for burgundy flowers. These look pretty lame and so does the container.😕

I'm very disappointed in this arrangement. Previously, a beautiful arrangement was sent out to a member that included some colors to match the color of lavender roses. This is not what I ordered. I asked that it look like the first BEAUTIFUL arrangement.

I'm not pleased with what has been delivered. It's not what l ordered and the plant looks like the leaves are drooping. This is unacceptable. I ordered the McShan Luther Garden and based on the picture, it should have included a mixture of green plants and a Violet. I'm on hold now hoping I can speak with a representative to correct this delivery before the viewing begin at 1 pm today.

The picture sent to me is not what I ordered. There were supposed to be white rises. Total fail.

I ordered the Miriam bouquet; and the flowers in this picture are not the same. Plus, I had selected the “Thank You” category for a card to accompany the arrangement; is I assumed that the balloons would say “Thank You”, instead of “Thinking of You”. I am used to being wowed by y'all's product; this is the first time I was disappointed.

The photo I ordered was a much taller easel. This is quite disappointing.

Was disappointed. Designer's choice bouquets have been much prettier in the past.

Very disappointed! The heart and easel were much smaller than the dimensions which were measured and quoted. The flower arrangement was way too expensive at $180 for 14 roses and a few carnations. The arrangement was an embarrassment and was hidden behind the speaker podium, as it was dwarfed by the arrangements from other floral designers on each side.

I was not pleased with this arrangement. Very skimpy on flowers and not any premium flowers. Had more greenery than flowers. Not good!

The arrangement was pretty but very small for $100.00. I would like a refund. Thanks

I made this order through your website, and submitted a question through the help icon on the right side of the screen asking what the difference was between the standard and premium besides the price since the pictures would not load. I was told the deluxe and premium have more flowers and the arrangement would be fuller. The picture on your website does not show any difference between the standard arrangement you delivered yet I paid the premium price. I am not happy at all with this. Dr. Goldman asked me order these for a friend and I feel like we were taken advantage of.

This doesn't look anything like I ordered. This was suppose to be almost totally pink. It was suppose to be the gorgeous bouquet. This is not gorgeous.

Really nice flowers but I ordered the flowers Wednesday to reach before a very challenging event on Friday ... They arrived Monday ... Not even an apology.

I ordered 6 pink roses. This is not at all what I wanted. I have been a customer for more than 30 years. I am very dissatisfied with this order.

Was expecting a LOT more white. This looks mostly green….

If I could do a zero I would. My flowers where never delivered. I'm very disappointed. At end of day after business hours I received an email that said there was a problem with my delivery. I ordered my sister flowers for her birthday so it could be something special for her as thia summer has been incredibly hard for us but nope nothing. Maybe I should have tipped more. Completely Dissatisfied!

This arrangement does not look at all like the orange arrangement I ordered.

That is a pitiful arrangement. The roses look awful. They're brown on the edges and one is flat. The yellow flowers don't look much better. Help!

Thank you for sending a photo, however, I'm pretty certain this is NOT what I ordered. The quality represented in the online photo is not remotely similar to this photo you provided of the actual bouquet. Please refer to the Miriam bouquet depicted on your website. I'm pretty unhappy.

Needed some greenery with the white bulbs showing at least. Just looks plain green plant

Not what I wanted. Miserable experience. But ran out of time. In past years you guys were the best.
