I asked for 25 yellow roses

That's not what we ordered. Where's the white orchids!

I requested at least a 10 inch pot. I told the rep that I wanted a large floor plant - a croton. I was told that Crotons are not in Season. The rep was kind enough to give me a number of choices & ended by saying that you have some nice, full Peace Lillies that were blooming & were several feet tall. I chose to send one - expecting a large plant. My husband was embarrassed to see the pitifully small plant during the Wake last evening with our name on it from McShan's. The funeral is this morning at 11 AM. We need to have a LARGE Peace Lilly delivered to Golden Gate by 9:15 AM today before they leave with the deceased at 9:30 - again with a red & black ribbon. You may pickup your smaller plant when you deliver the one that we intended to send. Thank you, Ida Mills 214 374-6319

Nothing like I ordered. Was not happy with the arrangement. McShan took the order back to shop and I cancelled the order. I understand if they don't have all the flowers but it didn't look at all like the picture. Very disappointed!

Roses are fully opened when I received, I hope they last at least a few days. These are my FAV roses ever.

Did not like the size they were way to small I was very disappointed

For the past 20 plus years, we, along with the friends that were listed on the Sympathy card, have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, we were extremely displeased with your substitution. Rather than using roses as pictured in our selection, you used something akin to cut flowers from the yard. We paid extra for more flowers, at a cost of $221, and we got something worth $50. We will continue to use McShan Florist but will remind the representative of this disappointment. The representative was nice, obliging, and very courteous. We do not blame her in any way. You asked for an honest evaluation, and we have given it to you.

Initially it was plain, unattractive, and definitely not worth the price. I did call with my complaint and customer service did help out a bit by adding a bow and a bit of color. I still do not think it is worth the money (in California this would not fly!) but the recipient was very pleased.

I request an arrangement that would knock a woman off her feet and asked what price range that would take. $250 to $300 was the price range and this looks like an old lady arrangement! Completely disappointed please do not send this out!!!!!

This would make the second time I ordered flowers and they arrived differently than in pictures was not going to say anything but then I got request asking for review. In the future I will be going elsewhere for my flowers
