Doesn't look anywhere as nice as photo on the website and price on website is now $5 cheaper than a couple days ago when I ordered. Very disappointed. This doesn't look like the almost $100 I spent.

Horrible!!! Nothing like what I ordered online! This arrangement is very skimpy, not full at all. I will never ever use this florist again. This florist has been used by family for many, we will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

These flowers, especially the yellow ones, look wilted. It may be the angle of the photo but the arrangement is premium and should look fuller and more colorful, like the one on the website.

Curly willow's missing. Balloon should be more colorful for a lady it's looks more appropriate for a Male. I need the balloon changed and more feminine colors . Please make sure the roses are fresh. Thank you. I'm not satisfied.
