Not even close to the pictures online. Paid extra for the deluxe and premium arrangements and received very cheap looking arrangements with barely any flowers. They never answer the phone either.

Ordered a half dozen white roses for my daughter , but only received 5 and the arrangement looked as though it had fallen over or was smashed en route to delivery. Very disappointed.

This is not the order of flowers that I order. Look up my order it was McShan Half Dozen Red Roses and Lilies (Standard). You also failed to deliver the order today 2/12/2021. My order number 40956. I need a manager to call me ASAP.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a dozen red tulips. How do you plan to make that grievous error right!? My daughter is offended by the red roses! (It's a long story!)

I am very displeased at the way this looks. The order was for 29 roses at the cost of $250.00 and this is the best you can do? Thoroughly disappointed - these were for my boss's wife - please tell me they look better than this picture -

It would be great if you guys would attempt to make the arrangements look like the picture advertised on your website. This bouquet is awful & only vaguely resembles what I ordered. Please do better, this is not the first time this has happened, & people

Again, the photo on the web site looks so much better than this photo. I might be looking for a new florist in the future. Very sad to see the quality has gone down hill.

The photo does not look like the photo on the web page. It looks dull and empty. Seem the quality has fallen off and I'm A bit disappointed.

The delivered product does not look like the photo on the website. Not as many green plants, the container is a different color, too much sand and not enough rocks and plants. Very disappointing!

Didn't like the arrangement royal blue bow too dark, and leaves on plant has split end. Plant looked dead. This was a Sympathy plant, I feel embarrassed about sending this arrangement.
