Appears we have 2-3 roses missing. Should be 18. As well the arrangement appears lopsided. From the photo, this could as well have been from the grocery store. Please advise.

I ordered an arrangement with a teal colored vase and pink and green flowers. The arrangement I received was predominately red roses and white hydrangeas, which didn't complement a teal vase.

You did not add the eucalyptus is it. The greenery is not the same that you advertise on the website. I am not happy about this.

This was the first time I have been dissatisfied with McShan. The lily looked cheap but was overpriced. Very disappointed with you guys.

I am not happy with the look of this plant. My Court has ordered from McShan Florist for many years and have never had a plant to look this sad. This was not worth the money that we spent.Not happy.

We have used McShan Florist for many many years but my wife was very disappointed with this arrangement. It started drooping in 2 days and was mostly fillers.
