Huge charge for a mediocre arrangement. The ads did not depict fall leaves, and these flowers look wilted at best. I paid extra for same day delivery. My daughter lives in an apartment. Instead of leaving it in the mailroom, it was not delivered and a note left. The birthday girl had to pick up a day later.

I was very disappointed that most of the Star Gazers were closed. This spray was for funeral service so it won't be viewed after all have bloomed. For the price, this spray should have had more than one or two Star Gazers bloomed out.

Not the quality I have grown accustom to from McShan. Very disappointed.

I'm totally disappointed with what was sent to the funeral graveside. The plant I chose from your gallery had purple flowers. You sent a plant with white flowers. 😡 There's reasoning why I chose that gallery plant. You failed me. The 20% tip I included should have been ZERO. Wish there was communication, I would have chosen something else from the gallery if purple flowers were not available. I do give you 4 stars for getting the plant there in time for service. Overall you get 2 stars for sending wrong plant/floral arrangement. Stella Stalsworth

I didn't request the lilly and it looks awkward in the arrangement

This is pretty, but what I ordered had a bit more color to and nicer greens. Specifically eucalyptus which always looks and smells nice in arrangements. This is so standard issue, it looks like I didn't try very hard to pick something with originality.

The only difference between the two plants are the butterflies. That's not what I see on the website. I'm disappointed.

I was thinking a get well mylar balloon would be included in this arrangement.

And white flowers were very wilted I even took a picture

It was supposed to have roses carnations and pink lilies and I don't see the roses and I don't see the pink lilies I only see carnations and they look red carnations not hot pink

Arrangement was beautiful. I just wish the arrangement was in a prettier vase. This vase was so basic and could have made the arrangement standout more.

Thanks for delivering a better plant I am stool frustrated about the quality of your original delivery. I feel that you should credit me for this order, At least half for all this dissatisfaction. The customer should be pleased with the order

I am a bit disappointed because the flowers don't match the beauty of the image on your website. Also, it's smaller than I thought it would be. For $126.00, I expected a bit more. I should have asked for a measurement regarding the size. Next time I will.

Plant gets 5 stars. Pricing gets 1 star. I was totally dismayed that you charge $5 for a ribbon! Are you going to start charging for the containers also? I will re-think sending flowers/plants in the future, especially locally. The plant, ribbon, soil and a nice ceramic planter would have been 1/2 the price. Delivery would have taken me 30 min.

There's a big gap in the middle of arrangement that looks like they just ran out of flowers. All flowers at bottom just bunched together. Person who did this needs more training. Gladiolus we're not even open to add to arrangement. Last 2 I got like this were very pretty. Disappointed !

Not what I order order was for roses color of rainbow yellow rose with yellow stem. Red rose with red stem etc !!!!!?

The leaves on the left side look awful. Disappointed. Not so fresh.
