This really doesn't look much like the picture on the website. The arrangement kind of looks sad and droopy whereas the one on the website is grand and beautiful. I probably won't order again unfortunately.

My last two orders has been very disappointing. This flower doesn't look anything like the picture. It is very shallow. The picture shows it to be fuller plus I asked for a white bow. I love the ide of you all sending a picture. However the quality of the flowers are not what they use to be.

Disappointed. The sunflowers kill this arrangement. Picture on website shows a beautiful, colorful blend of flowers. With the one you made the sunflowers stick out & aren't worthy of the price paid for this arrangement.

That looks average at best and I would be very disappointed to receive this as condolences for a death in the family. McShan Florist was highly recommended to me by the local florist. I will not recommend to anyone else. I am disappointed.

Unfortunately it does not look like the arrangement on the website. Looks like you used less flowers. Sorry, but I'm not happy with this arrangement. Looks like lots of carnations. I think a few white roses added would look much better.

I was a little disappointed because the flowers delivered to early not the set time that was discussed, flowers didn't look fresh as usual for the price I paid ,I wasn't contacted when the delivery person had a properly 🤔

I am disappointed with this arrangement. It does not look as good as the picture. There is no contrasting color like the purple in the picture I ordered from. I understand that it won't look the exact same but I expected the filler to have at last one other color.

To whom it may concern; I Clara Morgan donot like the plant. the photo that Mcshan sent does not show a good shot of the plant. The person that took the order did not remind me that adding a ribbon around the plant would make the plant look better. The plant looks sick and does not look very well.

This was a sympathy plant for a teacher a my school.. I would expect a larger plant for the price and a prettier container including a bow. This looks like a brown trash can. Very disappointed. I always use McShans for our staff. If this becomes the norm I'll be looking elsewhere.

I was disappointed when I saw the arrangement. the flowers did not look fresh and the angel statue was crooked -- it even shows in the picture you sent to me.... :(

From the picture on your website I thought it much larger like a plant in a vase on the floor. I received a picture from my son that he received a small vase that fits on his dining table. The quality is nice but the size doesn't fit the $55 price.

I sure hope it looks better in person, it doesn't look like a 200 dollar arrangement in the photo, it looks rather small. Sure hope I hear from the recipient that it looks great. :(

Good morning! Long-time McShan customer here. I must say I'm hoping this looks better in person than the photo. The vase looks more like a jar. I paid $95. Quite honestly, I'm embarrassed but maybe I shouldn't be the one embarrassed.

I was very disappointed as I picked this arrangement and upgraded to the large size for two reasons - the number of roses and the multiple white lilies. As you can see, there are no lilies so the and I only see one or two roses. This is an inexpensive version of what I ordered. I would have liked to see other flowers as substitutions - not bows.

Order was much smaller and cheaper in appearance than what the deluxe version depicted. It had a very cheap looking bow and decorations. Also the website link listed Highland park florist so for someone not from Dallas this was extremely deceiving and was over an hour round trip
