The good: Quick fulfillment/delivery. The bad: Very high price, especially given the flowers used. Other: Photo was nice, but not necessary.

Just hope they were fresh & not wilted or turning brown on the edges! I could not tell if the edges were wilted.

The vase is different from the original arrangement I saw on the website. This appeared to be a low height arrangement, not a vase arrangement

The Miriam bouquet online had pink berries and blue hydrangeas The arrangement is pretty but I wanted more soft color

The picture showed all pink flowers, which is what I wanted.

Some of the blooms were already falling out. I was embarrassed to say it was mine!

The flowers were beautiful, but I understood the flowers were to be purple

The arrangement is very nice. However, I paid more than the premium price and can not see any difference from the website photo. Just wondering what was added for the additional cost?

Although my Mother-in-law loved it, I was not pleased. The picture on the website had Daisies not mums. I should have specified what substitutions to use. I also paid for a deluxe arrangement but this does not look deluxe.

I loved getting a photo. I thought it was small for the cost. Delivery seemed expensive.

It is pretty but not as bright as I thought it would be. Colors kind of dull.

I've always used McShan however the last two deliveries were disappointing. What's actually sent rarely looks like the picture on website. That's very frustrating.

I actually preferred the arrangement with lots of lush, green plants and no colorful flowers (as shown in the sample photo). It's for a man to keep in his office so I liked it for that reason. I appreciate the creativity, it's just not what I had in mind.

I'm always pleased with my orders but not with this one..I ordered it with a basket and it's being delivered in the white plastic pot...

Loved the bouquet but was a little disappointed they arrived so late in the day around 7pm. I think that is way too late for any order to arrive. I had ordered early in the day so it wasn't as if they had a late order to fill. Was challenging getting through the florist phone line as I was left on hold for long periods where I just eventually hung up and tried to reach via email which proved unsuccessful as well. I did like seeing a photo of the flowers and was impressed with the arrangement. If service was better I would have rated five stars.

They were ok.

Not like the picture I saw on line. You used carnations instead of daisies.

Was somewhat disappointed in the upgraded vase selection for this particular arrangement. Somehow to me it did not seem to go with the simplicity of this particular arrangement. Receiving the photo was great; the on-time delivery was excellent. The help on the phone was indeed excellent. Next time I will not leave the vase choice up to the arranger. Thank you.

The plant doesn't look full for the price of the plant. I hope the Vanison family was pleased with the plant. Thanks for the picture. Thanks for always being there.

Not quite as nice as what was shown online. There were colorful flowers breaking up all of the greenery in the online picture. There were also caladiums which are some of my wife's favorites. I see none here. Pretty disappointing.

It looks very nice but I asked for pink and purple pastel flowers and the Ferber daisy looks very dark, I did not see it in person

We were a little disappointed with the plant, it looked like it was not quite matching what we saw on the internet as far as size.

The floral arrangement was smaller than what appeared on the website.

I like getting a photo. They are very pretty. I talked to one of your employees twice and specifically ask for daisies to be included. She assured me they would be. There's not a single Daisy in the arrangement.
