Little disappointed in the arrangement...the container dosen't do much for overall appeal...although she loves succulants I think I'll send a pretty arrangement next time. I do appreciate the photo...thank you

My daughter and I were disappointed. Looked like a $20 order - not a $76. order. Saw prettier flowers on other web sites.

Nice arrangement with interesting textures. Only rated three stars because two flowers were wilted and head-down.

I would give 5 stars but I paid extra for an early delivery, before 12pm, unfortunately they showed up around 2 pm, and this threw a wrench in my plans. With that said the flower arrangement was beautiful, impressive.

Usually the flowers always look amazing. I was very disappointed with my Mom's for Mother's Day. I picked them up on Saturday and Sunday the daises were pukey, 1 died. And the purple flowers, one stem was dieing.

My mother loved her bouquet for her birthday. The only thing I would fix would be the balloon I felt that it was for a little boy.

The original description of my purchase included roses, which justified the price. This set up doesn't, which seems to be a down grade.

Please call me. There are no tall purple gladiolas(?) as in the photo. There are no orchids as pictured also

The arrangement that showed up was nice but it was not what I ordered. I placed my order a week in advance to avoid the issue of not having certain flowers. They ran out of one of the colors for my roses. They forgot to put the stem of lilies in I had ord

Disappointed for the first time in 30 years of doing business with McShan. The arrangement in this picture is significantly different from the on displayed on the order page. I also paid $5 for a before noon deliver and they just now arrived at 1:50pm. I

Plant is beautiful but the balloons are wrong. I asked you all to send 2 latex balloons with a colorful bow to Annie Jones for Mother's Day. I have tried calling office several times this morning to get it changed

I had asked for an arrangement in green & white with white Hydrangeas & perhaps Bells of Ireland for an elegant look. It's nice, bu I don't consider Gerbera Daisies to be elegant & the only Hydrangeas I see are dark green. I guess one must come in person
