Normally, your flowers are perfect when they make it to their destination, but this time they were pretty beat up. One rose stem broken, one lily stem broken and most of the roses were already open. I was not impressed.

I wanted to send two dozen roses and McShan should have had a record of what I ordered the last year, but instead only sent one dozen roses. Also, did not give me a delivery time and the driver hand to wait over twenty minutes to deliver the roses. The

Disappointed there aren't any lilies that are currently open when they are being delivered as per the sales picture. The open lilies surrounded by the beautiful red flowers are what makes the arrangement. Had I know this is what the arrangement was goin

This arrangement doesn't look like the one I picked from the website. The one pictured on the website had beautiful Lily's that were open. This one will do, but I must say I'm a little disappointed.
