This looks nice but I picked an arrangement with red roses and said no substitutions. There are no red roses in this. That's very upsetting because that is what I truly wanted. I also paid to upgrade this to a deluxe size and this is the standard size. I

Can't believe you charged me between $70-$80 for carnations. Outrageous! You really didn't have much choice under $100.00. I will have to find a more reasonable florist for my business. Thank you!

I feel the arrangement is missing the mark. The flowers should have been more mingled. The roses seem to be clumped all together.

No azaleas were available, evidently? Looks nice, but we were hoping for a color, like the red or pink in the photo. Any type of flower would be fine. This will work, though. Thanks--

Asked for no fall leaves...but there is a croton. It was supposed to be all white as it was for a death in the family.

While it's a gorgeous arrangement, I specifically requested a focus of Gerberas, with appropriate mixed flowers added in to make it bright and showy. I really can't see Gerberas in there at all? ?

I thought it would be a little more full with greenery around the sides and also have Christmas balls on it., with sparkles and silver and red and white It's pretty just wish it was a little more fuller.
