The flowers were fresh & beautiful. It was missing the ribbon with “Mother” on it. The 7 buttonieres we're missing, not included. Therefore, our pallbearers had none. By the time we knew this, we were out of town for the graveside service.

It took 2 phone calls to satisfy the looks. Seemed only 8 roses, few in the front could be seen. Requested babies breath be added to front on first call, then requested more roses be located on the front. Sorry it took 2 calls to please me.

This was pretty, but does not look like the picture on your website which was chosen for its design and colors. the web picture was much more Fall-ish in color and the design is different. Your web picture is much prettier and brighter.

The sunflowers aren't as full as they are in the advertisement. They also appear to be a little wilted. Fortunately, the recipient loves them.

Nice arrangement, but the roses appear as if they are finished blooming. Not a “ upgraded” arrangement, like I ordered. I paid extra to have an am delivery, but they were not delivered until late afternoon.

It looked nice and delivery was fine, but this was not the arrangement that I ordered. I understand substitutions sometimes have to be made, but not even the vase was what I paid for which left me a little disappointed.

Much darker colors than your picture of what I ordered, not as many flowers and much more greenery, to make up for less flowers I suppose. For the cost of the arrangement, I expected it to look much more like your picture. I'm disappointed.

I think that to make this look more appealing in the future you use more basket fill at the bottom to raise the candy well above the lip of the basket. Glad to see this going out today.

I was hoping the description online would match the photos. But some of the flowers aren't the same ones. I really liked the ideas of the sunset orange roses and Viking spray chrysanthemums along with the oak leaves. But those aren't shown in this photo.
