The flowers were perfect, as always from McShan. However, I was unable to give a 5-star rating because of my dissatisfaction with the delivery. When placing the order I paid $15.pp extra for a specific delivery time...03:00 pm. I scheduled this time so

Flowers better Have no idea if this was sent or not Vase so so- as I said all looks a bit cheap but possible I'm not seeing what it really is like from the picture

At least in this picture it is not as pretty as the online picture. I expected the white to dominate the view. Instead it looks a little haphazard. Sorry. I can't even tell what is happening in the center.

We talked about Tulips and ranuculas (sp?) in a bright Spring mix. Guess I expected something more sophisticated. The lady I spoke with was very nice.

Concerned this arrangement was made 48 hours before delivery. Two days will be lost at least for enjoyment by the recipient. Pretty, but I wanted the birthday girl to enjoy them, not your fridge

For the price, the arrangement disappointed. Other arrangements from other florists (800-flowers , e.g.) for significantly less equaled this arrangement.
