I went in person to florist to order a casket spray and an easel spray for my mom's funeral. The order for the casket spray was totally wrong so it had to be redone. It was late to the visitation. I don't see how this happened. I spent over $800 on flow

the online photo had some purple for a little added color included in it. This is pretty, but we chose an arrangement based on an online photo. This photo doesn't have any color with the white roses, it just all white, but it will do.

Paid for the premium upgrade and don't think that is what was delivered. When you pay $150 for some roses you expect better.

Not that great this time, 4 days later and still waiting for the Lilly's to open. 50 years dealing with McShans, first time I have been unimpressed, especially for $150.00 arrangement.

The flowers arrived on time and arranged beautifully. Three days later, the small purple flowers have opened up but the rest of the buds are still closed. Disappointing compared to many other bouquets previously received from McShan.

Very efficient delivery as usual. Not as bright or full as expected. Operator was very on point as they usually are but made an error in repeating delivery address on the phone. Long-time customer, not up to McShan's standards.

I believe that I asked for no Lillies in the arrangement. I understand that these are inexpensive and large so that they make good filler for arrangements, but please find something else to use in rose arrangements. I'd rather pay a little more than to “

There is suppose to be additional purple flowers as well according to the picture on your website. Seems like an awful lot of greenery. Can we please fix this. Maybe add some baby breath.

The vase floral arrangement already looks wilted. The carnation arrangement looks very nice. Can something be done now to fix the wilted flowers before sending out?
