The flowers were beautiful, however, I had asked for all white flowers and it was noted on the order that was read back to me and emailed to me. Sorry that part of the order did not get done - I did not want pink in the arrangement.

I requested "bright pastels" and was told that pastels aren't bright. I submit to you that "pink" is a pastel, but there are soft pinks, Bright pinks, and deep pinks. Except for the yellow mums this arrangement is faded. I also asked for "cheerful".

This pales in comparison to your online photo. I thought it would be bigger and have at least as many Christmas bulbs in it as the online photo, especially since I paid an additional $10 for larger one.

Arrangement looks nice. I was contacted by florist to ask to substitute a different flower because they didn't have the yellow mum which was ok. I decided on using the daisy in its place and see that wasn't used either. I appreciate the call but unsure

these guys have been my go-to for 20 yrs. however, this last time around was somewhat arduous with getting the order completed and delivered, and the customer service rep who was handling wasnt very skilled. im chalking it up to an isolated incident.
