Nice gift for the price but some disappointment with the size of plant. Alot of filler but the plant was healthy and served its purpose

The photo was helpful but may not have done it Justice. Feedback from the recipient was that it was beautiful. Picture looks Ok but not what was reported.

I thought it slightly odd that I received the photo early in the morning (before 10am) and yet I had to wait for it to be completed when I was picking it up at 4:30. I had scheduled the pickup time when ordering almost 2 weeks earlier. I figured I'd get it immediately once I gave the clerk the order number. Quite surprised that they made me wait almost 20 minutes while someone finished the arrangement.

My mother says the flowers are lovely. You did substitute a stuffed dog for the teddy bear I ordered. She likes having a dog she doesn't have to walk.

I paid $5 extra for delivery before noon and the flowers arrived about 11:40am. This is a good feature and well worth the extra money (a few years ago, my Valentine's order was not delivered until around 9:30pm). Even though it was a windy morning, the arrangement was not damaged by the wind. Eleven of the twelve roses were perfect. One of the twelve arrived with brown edges on the petals and some of the greenery had brown spots. The little white flowers were artificial. All in all the recipient (my wife) was pleased and that's all that matters.

Beautiful arraignment, was missing a rose when I received it.

Arrangement was not good as my previous two purchase.

I wrote a previous 1 star review on this order. I spoke with McShan's and they worked on the arrangement. Much better now.

they look pretty, just arrived also. I will say it does look more sparse than the online photo I used to pick them over other options. Maybe there were more filler small flowers or taller or something. just fyi. McShan's rules overall and wouldn't change for anyone else.
