I had asked for as arrangement with a candle but the candle was too small for the arrangement! Otherwise it was a very nice arrangement.

The first flower arrangement was unfortunately never received due to the delivery-driver did not follow the instruction on the note. However, McShan florist went ahead with the replacement so we could still have the flower for the church on Sunday.

We are very sorry that your first delivery from us was never received. We understand the frustration of never receiving your flowers. It's our job to make sure things go as smooth as possible, so we are truly apologetic for the poor service you received with that first driver not following the instructions you put on your note. We have made things right by delivering the replacement, so we are glad you still had your flowers for church on Sunday.

Was a little disappointed by the state of the flowers themselves (a little wilted and small compared to the example photo) but appreciate the website and update system. They were prompt without having to pay for the guaranteed early delivery.

I like getting the photos of the flowers that are being delivered. I did expect a little bigger arrangement since I upgraded to the deluxe. However, arrangement is very pretty.

The arrangement was a lot smaller than the arrangement that was shown on the web site which was suppose to mirror the arrangement I ordered. I received a picture after they had already been delivered.
