Stunning flower arrangement and amazing customer service! I deducted a star because the leaves were stapled into the arrangement, and we were unable to "fluff" the arrangement to appear like the order.

I did like the filler used on previous order out for delivery. I appreciate Susie recalling it to fix the unbalanced look (and possible absence of a rose?) Wish they could have combined the two "looks" or kept some of those pinkish fillers to this vase...and it would have been a beautiful bouquet. Do appreciate the quick and friendly customer service! Thank you, susie (I think sending a photo of what's been ordered/delivered is most helpful!)

The order was processed promptly and efficiently, and, per the picture, the order was correct. I was a little disappointed that there was no bow or ribbon on the container since this plant was sent to congratulate the recipient on the arrival of a new baby,

Sorry to say, but this does not look as full as the picture on your website. You can't hardly see the little white flowers...

Wasn't delivered on requested date kind of ruined the surprise

I like getting a photo. Unusual color of roses. I will not see in person so not sure if I like the color combination. Good delivery service though. Text was from unknown caller. So easy to miss. Calling might be better with VM.

The arrangements were stunningly beautiful, BUT when I arrived at our church at 9:30AM for the 11:00AM service, they had not yet been delivered. I called your main number and eventually spoke to a representative about the issue. She never called me back. I didn't know the flowers had been delivered until my family and I walked into the sanctuary for my wife's memorial service at 11:00 AM. It would be good to let whomever orders flowers know what day and time they will be delivered.

Cute but dull color bow should be something brighter to uplift the person's spirit.

I had asked that flowers be delivered after 3p but the person taking the order heard before 3.

Flowers were gorgeous, just arrived a little late which had me a bit worried and that prompted a phone call, but then they arrived minutes later.
