Beautiful arrangement

I like that you sent a picture. This looks like a medium size plant.I wanted one like I order last month. A larger taller one .I know plants very well. 8 can tell by looking at pot.The other was twice the size of the pot.

While the arrangement was nice I was a little disappointed in he substitutions. I had selected "Cherry Blossom Bouquet" because of the specific colors but the arrangement received was more heavily oriented toward green rather than the abundance of purple, pink and red. I realize you had indicated some substitution may need to be made but a closer color match should have been selected.

The recipient was very pleased and noted it was a beautiful plant.

Plant was smaller than I thought it would be.

I was disappointed when I received the first picture with the lavender roses as they looked more purple than lavender and the arrangement just didn't look like the one on the website that I viewed when placing my order. However after I called, the order was redone using pink roses with baby's breath and it was beautiful even though it didn't arrive until the service had been underway for 15 minutes. I have been a long time customer of McShan Florist and this is the first time the order wasn't perfect the first time. I do appreciate the effort that went into redoing the arrangement and attempting to get it to the service on time.

I did enjoy receiving the picture. I wasn't very impressed with this arrangement. At first glance it look like weeds. I hope it was prettier in person.

Photo of actual floral arrangement is similar but a bit underwhelming compared to the website photo. The arrangement on the website includes white daisies not carnations (I prefer white daisies and selected this arrangement for that reason) and I am disappointed to see leather leaf in the actual arrangement (again, I did not see any leather leaf in the website version) as I consider it to be a cheap filler greenery. I am happy with the balloon though and appreciate you sending a photo of the final product.

I like the arrangement and yes, I love getting a photo of the delivery.

I really liked the contrast of the purple flowers with the yellow roses on your website so I'm disappointed to see large white flowers substituted. I also can not tell if there are 6 yellow roses like there's suppose to be. The arrangement is pretty, but

I appreciate that they were delivered in a timely manner. I did the Florist pick and must say I don't love sunflowers and roses together.

It was ok, I couldn't see the vase, because it was in the delivery box.

It is pretty, but not exactly what I ordered. I thought there would be daisies from the picture on the website.

They were beautiful

The flowers were beautiful, however they were later than expected and I never saw them and couldn't take a picture with them until at the cemetery because I was the speaker. Otherwise all was well.
