McShan Florist, Dallas, TX - Customer Flower Reviews

A friend sent one to me when my husband died. It had a beautiful blue bow. I cannot see a bow on this one. I do like receiving a photo of the blowers or plant being sent.

The flowers were lovely but as you can see in the picture the cookies were placed vertically in the bag and many were broken as a result. I love your floral arrangements and EVERYTHING else about McShan Florist but admit going forward I will not order cookies to go along with the arrangement.

The arrangement was absolute beautiful! Also your sales representative was very nice and understanding. She actually helped me make a decision about the arrangement which was for Mother's Day for my niece whose father (my brother) had recently passed. Five Star rating.

Rather small orchid & I requested no straight sticks, curly if possible or other background. Moss?

Flowers looked great upon arrival and delivery was prompt and courteous. However, one of the large yellow blooms drooped and started to shrivel by the next morning. Otherwise it was great

I thought the flowers on the website were more light pink and white

The flowers were beautiful. The representative that handle my call had a lot of static on her phone and I spelled my daughters name twice but it was still spelled incorrectly. Valencia but it was spelled Zalencia other than that the flowers were very pretty

The arrangement on your website looked better than the flowers in the picture you sent of my order.

The flowers look lovely, however there seems to be less roses / flowers in this arrangement than the image on your website. A little disappointed, as have used you before and was really pleased with your service, hence why using you again.

I love McShan Florist, the customer service that takes the order over the phone, and their quality products. Regarding this particular order, I love the mug and flowers, however the orange-y gold ribbon and balloon are not what I would pick to go with the mug and flowers, but I wasn't able to see what all was available as choices regarding the ribbon and mylar balloon. It would be cool if we could see those choices and be able to pick out those, too.

The chocolate was ordered as turtles, but salted caramels. Otherwise the flowers are beautiful.

The flowers were nice enough. Very pretty. They just seemed to lack something that I can't put my finger on... Sorry to be vague but there was just something missing. Otherwise, very nice. I had originally wanted Fire & Ice roses and was told that they were not available, so maybe that's it. Thanks.
