I ordered online and when I called the store directly, received very patient and polite service by the woman over the phone. I love that they send you updates and a picture of the delivery items! It's helpful when ordering for someone out of state. Great experience for all :)

Highly recommend McShan Florist. I called from out of state to send flowers to someone but wanted a custom bouquet. Brianna was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I needed. I was also pleasantly surprised when they sent me a picture of the bouquet right before delivery. A+ customer service.

We had a very positive experience with McShan Florist - A huge number of options and ease of ordering - on time delivery of a truly beautiful arrangement of very fresh flowers, which the bereaved family members greatly appreciated. - Yes, the picture was very much a positive as it allowed me to show the arrangement to those who were unable to see it in person.

Unfortunately I am not happy with delivered flowers. They are not as they appear on website. Looks like they were put in a jar with no design or overview of placement or size. I am disappointed and will no longer trust your service again. I am so sorry This was indeed unfortunate.
