Plenty of flowers. I expected more vibrant and lively color. It looks like some of the flowers are already wilting.

Thought it was a small arrangement for the price, I understand inflation but 180.00 for cut flowers is ridiculous

The basket was ok however there was a lot of cheese in it. I would have liked more sweets. I always order gourmet baskets from a local florist for many occasions and they all were put together much neater than this basket and had much more of an array to them. I owned owned my own business for 35yrs and I believe that constructive criticism is the key to do better. I'm just being honest. Your staff was a pleasure to talk with.

I love getting a photo that's a nice touch. But…Hmm doesn't look much like the photo of the item that I ordered. Do you use fake plants for the website? It looks so droopy and chaotic. Can you make the leaves stand up nicer? Or trim that one leaf that's hanging down low in the front? Ugh idk, the family asked for plants but this looks kind of crazy 😫

That is not what was pictured on your website! There was pink and purple! More of a spring look! This is too much purple! Please add some more color to this arrangement!

It's supposed to be white and pale pink roses. Not daises Needs more hydrangea on one side

Does not look like 18 roses. Looks very small for almost $200. I've sent roses before and I've never seen It look so small. Maybe it looks better in person

Was dissatisfied with the arrangement. I understood the size of pot, however l, I thought the plant would be fuller.

Not impressed. At least 6 different types of flowers? Daisies prominently displayed in the front of the bouquet - for $150.00? This is for a funeral visitation. Very disappointing.

Not what I requested. I asked for the flowers to he mostly white with a few soft blue hydrangeas to resemble the Crystal Elegance. Looks nothing like it. Disappointed.

Can the red bow of red satin shiny type and not a sheer material … the bow looks small for the presentation of two dozen roses …I'm usually very happy with your work but I feel the bow should be bigger with longer streams hanging over the vase.

Weddings and funerals are where most people use flowers and usually don't argue about prices just go ahead they say. I ordered a flower arrangement and the total came to $172 that included tax tip delivery I don't know why they charge for delivery that should be given but very disappointed in the value I got for my money

I love receiving the photo. This beautiful but not what I envisioned. I was thinking softer colors, more neutral with softer greens.
