The color pink was not discussed at all and I don't like that. It's hard to see the overall bouquet because of all the background, ribbons and colors! A white background would show off the bouquet so the customer could see more of the girth of the colorful flowers. I didn't notice the gold sash that says beloved Friend on the arrangement! Would you please make sure that that is put on my arrangement? Thank you. I do appreciate the photo of the arrangement

I like this feature. But does not look like a $125 arrangement.

It is a nice arrangement but looks much smaller than expected from deluxe size.

Honestly not very colorful alot of green not alot of color. Maybe it's the picture.

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful when it came on Thursday. By Saturday mid-day though about 5 or 6 Roses had died, some of which hadn't opened.

It's beautiful but I thought it would be larger for the $250 cost. Also there is more filler than I thought there would be.

I'm disappointed with this order. While the plant itself looks beautiful, I purposely chose the angel vase since this family is grieving their loved one.

Truthfully, I don't care for this arrangement. Colors don't seem to blend and hydrangeas (blue/white) look poor. Overall looks a bit dark/old - I asked for cheery/pastels. I hope it looks better in person.

Somewhat disappointed I should have stuck with my original and not let myself have been talked into white for the price it just wasn't up to Moravian standards

I always buy your flowers for my wife and for gifts for friends and have always been happy and confident but I wanted to tell you that I am a little disappointed. I guess I should not have bought a bouquet unless it is in a vase. When my wife unwrapped it she said all the stems were tangled and as she was separating the stems the head of one of the roses came off and the baby breath arrived broken. Some of the yellow flowers broke from the main stem. She said the flowers looked beautiful when they arrived but it was impossible to arrange them the same way. I just thought you should know.

Very nice but does not look anything like the photo on line . The photo on line shows more expensive flowers ….the ones on your arrangement is pretty but the flowers are sold in the supermarket. Thank you for asking . That's really good of you!

I appreciate getting a picture, however, I am not happy with the arrangement. I ordered the $150 arrangement which according to the picture, has white lilies and a larger cross. Can you add the lilies before it goes out? The lady I spoke to was very nice. Thank you

The flowers are beautiful but I was disappointed that I wasn't given the chance to sign a card when I placed my order online. There was no text box for expressing good wishes, as I have seen in the past.

I am somewhat disappointed with size of arrangement for $125 Hopefully the picture isn't doing it justice
