Thank you so much for sending this picture. I do have a question. The flowers look a little wilted. I hope it is just the way the picture was taken. They are usually standing straight up. Please confirm they are not wilted. Thank you.

Your service was excellent! The flowers were delivered exactly when you said. I understand that what you display cannot always be what can be arranged, however, I would have preferred a more colorful arrangement. Also, we ordered the Deluxe arrangement and the picture you sent us of what was actually sent did not look any bigger that the Standard arrangement that is shown on you web site. I do compliment you for sending us a picture of what was actually sent, that was very nice of you.
