This Sad Grouping of Flowers Is a Far Cry From The "Hummingbird Surprise" Bouquet (Adorned in a Pretty Hummingbird Cube ) Which I Chose and Ordered For My Aunt. The Random Flowers in This Picture Are Haphazardly Placed With No Style, Rhyme or Reason. It Is Extremely Disappointing and NØT at All What I Expected or Ordered❗️

The flowers were beautiful but the stand was Leaning, crooked for the money my son paid it should have been leveled and straight

What was ordered versus what this flora company gave was incorrect the bliss deluxe flower arrangement was ordered and the local company decided to give what they wanted it was not worth $93.00 that was paid more so worth $45.00 it wasn't ugly it was a decent arrangement. The florist did not correct what they sent me, instead sent the same arrangement but with flowers that was about to die. The driver sent a picture to the florist of what was ordered he even said it wasn't right but florist did nothing about it. I personally would not use the company nor 1800-flowers again

No I didn't like the arrangement. It was like thrower together messy

It was extremely small, I paid for a XL arrangement and it was super small and the flowers don't look fresh. It doesn't look anything like the one in the picture of 1-800 flowers. Super disappointed with the flower bouquet. The only good part was the driver delivering the arrangement, he was extremely nice!

This is STILL not the arraignment !!! Y'all are missing ALOT of flowers , this is supposed to be the biggest size arrangement in this style . I'm still seeing regular size arrangement . At this point it's being over stuffed which is visible from the vase , yet it's still not the size it's supposed to be .

No indication who sent them! I called and was told that your company didn't have that information. How can you not know where they came from?

The arrangement is nice and colorful. I may have chosen some different flowers.

I never received

The flowers are pretty. However the delivery was absolutely horrible. Extra was paid for guaranteed delivery during business hours. Then it was said at 4pm they would be here by 5 then at 5 when called they said before 6 and the flowers actually arrived at 6:40 after the building was already closed and thankfully a bailiff was still here and recognized my name and placed them on my desk for me. Terrible service and will never recommend nor will I personally ever use this company again.

It was left on the porch no one knocked on the door the little nurse bag was where it was supposed to be

The flowers were nowhere as big of a bouquet as advertised, and they didn't last two days before they died

It is beautiful, but is this the photo? I thought I ordered a collection of live plants. And now I'm concerned that no one is answering the phone.

This arrangement looks nothing like the arrangement I chose on the Teleflora website. The vase is the same but the flowers are all cheap substitutes. Will never use this site again.
