In a previous review I mentioned how beautiful the bouquet is but I'd asked for no lilies because they're dangerous for our cats. I was able to call them and they very kindly had the delivery driver come back so they could replace the lilies with a really pretty Gerbera daisy. The birthday balloon really makes a fun addition and I'm so excited for my daughter to receive this. Flower Patch customer service is amazing and they went above and beyond to make a beautiful bouquet. Highly recommend them!

The bouquet is beautiful but I'd put a note about no lilies since we have cats Love the balloon and yellow bow!

Beautiful arrangement.

The Flower Patch website was full of beautiful arrangements and when I called to order a delivery the ordering process was very easy and the clerk was very nice. The delivery gentleman organized delivery perfectly! We even received a photo from the florist before delivery showing us the final design and a call from the delivery driver during delivery. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and just like the photo on the website! I will use The Flower Patch, Provo again! Thank you!

Perfect like always

The floral design team did a perfect job with my dad's funeral flowers. They customized them to add lillies (my dad's favorite flower) and did the arrangement with a beautiful variety of purple flowers (my dad's favorite color). The arrangements looks absolutely stunning and stately at the burial service. My family and I are so appreciative.
