The pedals are wilted on the daisy's and half of the petals are missing on a flower.

The arrangement is disappointing. The picture for the order had bright yellow mum's which was what made the arrangement! I'm sure you had some yellow flowers. Our sister loved bright colors - this is disappointing.

Really bummed about the orchids. I wanted to do something nice for my mom and sent these flowers and got the picture where only a few of the orchids on the bottom had bloomed. Maybe they'll bloom later but they just kind of look sad.

The flowers are nice. Very disappointed with the delivery. Was told they would be there the next day between 8-12. They didn't even arrive until after 2.

Love getting the photo! That's always tricky with floral delivery when you don't get to see it. Ita beautiful but I am really disappointed that it looks white and ivory rather than white and yellow. I chose this arrangement with the yellow as a representation of her brightness in this life. I know the tall back yellow flowers will open but the viewing is tomorrow so the timing won't allow them to open before services. As well the included flowers aren't anywhere the color represented online. It's just a sensitive situation because perhaps I have too much pressure on the situation that I'm sending flowers to express my sympathy since I can't attend the services.

I asked for more color but did not ask for yellow, and mentioned specifically no red! I asked for darker pinks. This is not what we discussed.

Ok, thanks for doing the arrangement. However, it is extremely scanty if the flower count that should be in the arrangement called The Mona Lisa which should have been packed with pink roses. I didn't get my money's worth and feel like false representation and false advertising was displayed.

Wreath was smaller than advertised. Was listed as 26” wide the wreath supplied was only 20”. It was also missing the large orange flowers. I did not get what I paid for, although beautiful it was not what was advertised.

I like the colors but it appears that the bouquet has half as many flowers as the ones shown on the website. Not happy with that.

This is beautiful truly, but not necessarily what I ordered. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone, we talked for some time about how we liked the shape and design of the photo/framing spray, but didn't want white flowers or at least, primarily white flowers and requested colored flowers instead. He assured us this was no problem and said it could be a colorful display. In life, my grandparents were avid gardeners and had hundreds of rose bushes, but never white ones. They didn't like them devoid of color, but loved anything with bright happy hues. We thank you so much for working on this, but I saw it and took a deep sigh and cried. I really wish someone could have called me and told me this was not possible, other colors weren't available etc as they did earlier in the week about the rose petals we ordered so that I could have asked for something else.

I am disappointed. I originally suggested the Teleflora “peaceful clouds bouquet.” It looks sparce and inexpensive. However the service Mikenly? was excellent.

I ordered this arrangement for my dear sister whom was just diagnosed with breast cancer. I wanted to send her some encouragement and support through a very “pink” flower arrangement. When I saw the flowers at her home this evening, the vase was blueish gray- not pink, and the flowers weren't mostly pink. I even called to confirm they could send the arrangement I saw online and was told they were out of the actual pink vase pictured in the arrangement but that they had an alternative pink vase they could use. The Flowers she received are pretty but did not look like to the super pink flower arrangement I ordered. What went wrong here? I have no problem paying a premium for flowers but I do expect to get the “look” I order, especially because the colors I ordered were so intentional. Feeling disappointed.

The balloons need to be in different heights. I ordered tons of colored long curly ribbon on ea balloon. That isn't there .. please adjust. It looks cheap. Thank you.

It was a beautiful arrangement and my wife loves it initially. However. It only lasted 5 days before it started rapidly dying. My wife called to see what could be done and was told there was nothing they would do. As a loyal flower patch customer through the years, this was disappointing. I expect better service and quality.

Hydrangeas in our standing arrangement died shortly after they delivered it to the funeral home. Staff came to replace them before the evening viewing that day but the next morning (day of funeral services) they had shriveled and died. I was disappointed.
