I ordered the black vase. Also 1055 n 500 w Provo Nephrology C222

Excellent flowers and customer service, I liked that I got a picture of the flowers in the morning, but then the flowers weren't reported delivered for a couple hours after they arrived, and they arrived with a note from someone else's order that made the whole thing confusing for the recipient.

Thank you—but I asked for white roses. The employee that assisted me on the phone confirmed they had white roses in stock. I would have liked any other color but red for this occasion.

I am typically happy with my orders from Flower Patch, but not today. The picture of the actual arrangement does not really match what was represented online when I ordered. The actual arrangement has less colors, variety of flowers, and appears thrown together randomly. I am a little embarrassed that the arrangement may appear cheap when delivered.

Took a few tries, to get my order delivered to UVU, HOW?!? DO BETTER FLOWER PATCH. Your ordering set up online is wack.

I was hoping for all purple flowers as shown in the advertisement.

The flowers are lovely but not much greenery. I always buy from Flower Patch. This is okay but definitely not your best work.

Not as pictured online. Appears to be missing about half of the pink flowers? And missing the pink flowers at the top? No tulips? And the green leaves at the bottom also not as pictured online. Frustrating to get a picture but not be able to speak to anyone bc when I receive the picture you're not open for me to call and discuss.

The picture online showed bunches of little purple flowers that filled in the arrangement. This seems very sparse. The vase color isn't what was shown either. Seems a little dark I think. I loved the picture online, but I'm a little disappointed with this one.

It's okey thought it would have had more flowers not so much green. The colors were to be purple with some pastels (light pinks, light yellow, lavender). Purple's from dark to light perhaps. The picture of the flower I picked from your book was more ‘L' shades to frame the picture of our loved one. Thank you, we will make do.

The picture on line has a different Christmas vase which I liked way better. One of the reason that I picked it.

Beautiful arrangement. However, A couple of the carnations were dying, brown & saggy.

I love getting the photo, though I thought the roses would be red.

It was a quick response and easy to order. The basket was flimsy and there were no other plant options other than a more expensive option for the same thing. I could not get a little 'get well' balloon which I totally understood given current shortages. Since my friend only likes live plants & this is my 2nd time to give her the same thing~ I will not order from you again for this friend.

I was hoping it would look more patriotic but it is still pretty.

Flowers were fine. Very upset that the flowers were not left on the porch during attempted delivery. My wife was not home, so the flowers were delivered the next day. Then I was told I did not specify to leave the flowers. Why would I need to specify? No where on the website did it indicate someone had to be there or the order would not be delivered. Very disappointed.

Bouquet was a little different than the picture I ordered but it looks great. The delivery was a day late as well.

Flowers a bit cheap lately.
