"I must say I find this arrangement very disappointing. First of all while it was designers choice the arrangement is going to a man and I can see that it is almost entirely pink flowers. Secondly I paid $85 including delivery for $85 I would think we would be able to use something a little more high-end then carnations. To me as a florist this arrangement looks like it costs about $45."

"She's not very happy with these....don't understand why there are pussy willows in a dozen long stem red roses Sorry, I've been a long time customer, but the quality seems to go down with each order. This was a special day for her. I'll probably go elsewhere next time. And by the way, no balloons either. Very disappointed."

"I ordered my wife flowers for Valentineís Day while traveling overseas. The flowers were never delivered. I called Salvy the next day only to hear a bunch of excuses about the driver getting confused. Neither my wife nor I received any phone call to help the driver find our location. Since Valentineís Day was already over I asked the gentlemen on the phone to give me my money back. Few minutes later my wife received a call informing her that I place the order on time but the driver got confused and they will deliver the flowers the next day for no charge. As of today almost a week after my wife still hasnít received the flowers and I still didnít get money back. I will never use this place again. "

"Would never order again from them. Online order was nothing as what was sent for funeral. Owner had attitude and was not professional. Picture had 14 roses actual that was sent had 4 roses. Ordered all pink and white they substituted orange tiger lilies for purple daisy's. Very poor service and quality. Suppose to have yellow case instead had clear vase. No discount for mistake and poor substitutions! Never will order again from them! Quality is horrible."

"I am very unhappy with this order. I ordered this arrangement because of the sunflowers and there is not a single one in this arrangement. I should have been contacted and notified there would not be a sunflower in the arrangement. I would have chosen a different one. I have used Salvy the Florist in the past and have always been happy but I am not this time. This arrangement was for my 15 year old niece who loves sunflowers."

"I did not care for this arrangement at all. The flowers for the family, which was mentioned, were done at the shop and were beautiful pinks and blues-very subtle. Than this arrangement arrived in screaming yellow and pinkish red. I have always left the discretion to the floral artist but now know that I need to give more direction. This was really an embarrassing display. I felt bad for having sent it and boy, did it stand out. Shockingly bright but not even cheerful-just yellow and awful. I have not had an experience like this before."

"I ordered two $100 arrangements and specified lilies to be included. When I viewed the baskets via the email sent to me, I saw 4 1/2 roses a bunch of carnations and baby's breath... I called the florist who informed me he was out of lilies but it was a very large arrangement. So, $200 plus delivery will get you approx 10 roses lots of carnations and even more baby's breath....but they will be very large. Thanks for appreciating my business- you won't see it again"

"I was displeased with the arrangement, not only were the flowers half-dead looking, the arrangement didn't look as lively or as beautiful as the picture representing what I was purchasing. I would have been better off picking up a bouquet of flowers for a third of the price at my local grocery store. I will never order from here again."

"Extremely disappointed in this arrangement. The image online is not what it looks like and neither is the price. I contacted the shop to debate the price i was charged was incorrect and the person barely allowed me to explain what i meant. After he allowed me to speak he then reviewed my email showing the price and proceeded to tell me it was an error on their mobile site. No credit for my purchase and a disappointing display. I was a returning customer but that will change from now on."
