So saddened and disappointed. I ordered a display on line and called the store before I ordered to see if you could do it. Looks nothing of what I wanted most and you knowingly misrepresented the product to me to make a sale w/O letting me know the changes. I wanted something special for my deceased god mother and you couldn't take the time to do it right.)

I asked that the delivery date was 12/15 not today. Hard for me to write an honest review as it was delivered to a friend. So, I actually did not see it in person. the photo you sent is helpful. Looks cute from the photo.

This order is for a week from today. Not sure why I'm getting a picture today. Seems like they won't arrive fresh.

I'm very disappointed. It doesn't look anything like the photo on your website. The small version of Pure Happiness has more roses. There are Gerberas and my gift has none. In addition I paid extra for a medium. I'm very disappointed. Bruno

Looks nothing like what I ordered, missing baby's breath, 75% pre mature, wrong colored roses, etc. Disappointing for $160.

This is not what I ordered. I called in my order and asked for the “GRACIOUS LAVENDER SYMPATHY BASKET” this basket is mainly mauve no lavender at all. When I called asking why the different basket. The gentleman said they didn't have those flowers available. If that was the case why wasn't I told when I called in the order. I would have chosen a different arrangement. Now it's too late. Also, there is a hole in the front middle.

This was not what I ordered. I do not understand why I was not contacted (prior to it being on the truck for delivery) that you did not have white orchards. I'm sorry I have ordered many arrangements in my lifetime..This is not appropriate for a funeral. I do not get the moss or purple ribbon. Not worth $137.00. I can't even give this 1 star. So very disappointed. Never again.

The flowers I ordered the morning before my cousins wake at Bisbee-Porcella in Saugus NEVER arrived! I went to the wake the next day and there were other flowers there from Salvy, but NOTHING from me. I met with the undertaker / managers there and we all looked at EVERY delivery and NOTHING from Salvy. I would like to get my money refunded as the flowers for my cousins wake and funeral NEVER arrived! I am SO disappointed beyond words... I wish I could give a ZERO star rating!

This is UNACCEPTABLE! The flowers used in this arrangement aside from being a HORRIBLE combination of colors are cheap! carnations, astromeria, mums and way too much babies breath. We paid $110 for two roses and a peony.

Not like the picture I chose when I ordered. I wanted vibrant flowers with the greens shown in the picture. The arrangement that was sent did not look like what I ordered.

These are ok but look nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I would not have chosen this arrangement. But I am usually very happy with my orders from Salvy's.

This picture is not exactly what was pictured online. I feel like this is false advertisement. In the online picture, there were more roses(red and orange)carnations and daisies. I feel like in replacement of flowers, you added a lot of leafy fillers.

Im traveling internationally and unfortunately the flowers were delivered a month early. I had the right date for my gfs birthday entered in my order however it was still delivered incorrectly. A bummer for sure

I enjoy the photo but I have to admit…the flowers look like they are already dying….i had a female coworker look at them as well and she wasn't impressed. I don't know how to fix this issue. If it's easier to just cancel order than feel free to do so.
