I am very disappointed, if this is what you sent my Aunt. It looks nothing like the Countryside Basket, which was ordered. Frankly, I could have done better.
Very disappointed in the size of the wreath for $129.95, based on the amount that you charge. It should have been larger, it looked cheap and skimpy. In addition, a few days after I placed my order using my credit card , someone tried to make a purchase online with my credit card number. This has never happened before, I'm very careful what I buy online with my credit card. You may want to check who has access to customer's personal information in your store. Thank you very much. I'd appreciate your investigating your employees.
The arrangement in your promotion email didn't have hideous baby's breath and green carnations! This looks totally different. How disappointing. :(
Very disappointed! I asked for something elegant and classy! This is just bunch of cheap flowers together, not a flower arrangement! I can't believe I've paid over $100 for this â€śflower arrangementâ€ť!

I must say I find this arrangement very disappointing. First of all while it was designers choice the arrangement is going to a man and I can see that it is almost entirely pink flowers. Secondly I paid $85 including delivery for $85 I would think we would be able to use something a little more high-end then carnations. To me as a florist this arrangement looks like it costs about $45.
First time I have ever refused flowers. Ordered Enchanted Cottage and this is what was sent. Nothing like what was ordered and I was very specific. Very disappointed.
I always get my flowers from Salvy's every occasion for my mother and this year was very disappointing. I have never seen flowers that were almost dead.

She's not very happy with these....don't understand why there are pussy willows in a dozen long stem red roses Sorry, I've been a long time customer, but the quality seems to go down with each order. This was a special day for her. I'll probably go elsewhere next time. And by the way, no balloons either. Very disappointed.
I expected the same floral arrangement, but with a different vase since the Teleflora's crystal block for a baby boy was not available. I do not like the floral arrangement. Very disappointed.
I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day while traveling overseas. The flowers were never delivered. I called Salvy the next day only to hear a bunch of excuses about the driver getting confused. Neither my wife nor I received any phone call to help the driver find our location. Since Valentine's Day was already over I asked the gentlemen on the phone to give me my money back. Few minutes later my wife received a call informing her that I place the order on time but the driver got confused and they will deliver the flowers the next day for no charge. As of today almost a week after my wife still hasn't received the flowers and I still didn't get money back. I will never use this place again.
Would never order again from them. Online order was nothing as what was sent for funeral. Owner had attitude and was not professional. Picture had 14 roses actual that was sent had 4 roses. Ordered all pink and white they substituted orange tiger lilies for purple daisy's. Very poor service and quality. Suppose to have yellow case instead had clear vase. No discount for mistake and poor substitutions! Never will order again from them! Quality is horrible.
You guys missed the balloon for which I made the payment.
I am very unhappy with this order. I ordered this arrangement because of the sunflowers and there is not a single one in this arrangement. I should have been contacted and notified there would not be a sunflower in the arrangement. I would have chosen a different one. I have used Salvy the Florist in the past and have always been happy but I am not this time. This arrangement was for my 15 year old niece who loves sunflowers.
