This Photo looks great. When I arrived at the recipients home last night and saw it firsthand, I saw these pretty flowers in a very very small vase not like the photo.not happy! Pete M

the two pears in front had several brown spots on them and were soft. they should have not gone in the basket.the rest of the fruit looked good.

I will never purchase flowers from this place again! They said delivery will be anytime before 12pm and they show up at my door at 2:10pm! I'm all set with this place. 5 years of loyalty to this place is gone.

They sent the wrong flowers and then said they substituted without calling or emailing me to see if it was ok. In the end I didnt get what I ordered and was told too bad.

This arrangement hardly resembles the picture on your web site. I am very disappointed! It showed all in lavender/purple flowers with at least three roses. This is NOT what was expected at all.

Very different from what I ordered online. I do understand that the exact arrangement that I order is not guaranteed but this is way off. There were no carnations and no baby's breath in the arrangement I ordered. Seems very bare. I do appreciate the time

Horrible !! I specifically said no CARNATIONS !!! I told them that quite a few times .. This better be fixed immediately . The only reason here is even 1 star rating is because it wouldn't let me finish without filling in at least 1 . It should be none
