Not what I paid $380. for when I ordered flowers for my precious brothers funeral service. I am sad I was taken advantage of. The flowers are pretty but not what I ordered.

I asked for hydrangea. A beachy vibe. Please remove the lilies, carnation and roses.

I am very disappointed in your arrangement! Ferns wrapped on handle instead of ivy! Lily instead of ranuculis. (Sp) not at all what I had hoped for ! I will never use your florist again!

I ordered my flowers on Saturday ($184) and never received any confirmation that the flowers were actually delivered. I sent an email on Wednesday requesting confirmation. No response. Obviously, if they were never delivered, I expect a full refund.

Arrangement is beautiful as always but they forgot the Mother's Day balloon I ordered and there's no way to reach them (no response to email; no answer to phone; no chat feature on website working). I understand it's a busy weekend, but if there's no way to address an incomplete order, we have to consider look elsewhere for our floral needs.

I got the wrong flower arrangement!

Hi…I'm disappointed in these. They don't look like the picture…in regards to the dimension and there's no succulents (which was the best part in my opinion) and the babies breath makes it look so cheap

More color

The arrangement in the photo is not what I ordered. I would never have picked the one here. I was expecting white lilies and pale peach accent flowers. I am very disappointed.

Noooo looks nothing like what I ordered

This was a bereavement bouquet. The one I selected had soft, light shades and colors for a reason. This is not what I ordered. I don't think this bouquet is appropriate for a “sympathy” bouquet. Seriously, this is what you do for a living?? The bow is horrendous. Looks like it is for a kids party. So disappointed.

PLEASE DON'T Send this like this. There are entirely too many carnations. Please remove some and add either roses or Gerber Daisies or honestly anything other than carnations. I would rather a smaller, bouquet of beautiful flowers than this.

Although pretty this does not look like what I ordered

So disappointed. Contacted the store regarding the order and nobody has gotten back in touch with me. Not even close to what I ordered. Embarrassing.

I thought it was a spray like I had ordered in the past and it was going to be lavender and white This is nothing like I thought I was ordering Disappointing

No we did not like the floral arrangement at all … we did not order the small size which it appeared to be and the flowers actually looked half dead……. Very disappointing at best . Appreciate you reaching out because I was going to …..

They were beutiful

I understand that colors can vary from the sample pictures on your website. But, the arrangement is very scraggly and there are gaps and really not attractive looking at all. I will see it in person tomorrow at the funeral and hopefully it looks better, if not, I'm very unhappy with the arrangement.

The flowers do not match the picture in the website. I thought the flowers would be orange pink and red not just pink.

NOT what I ordered AGAIN

It's a nice bouquet but nothing like I ordered. At all. Baby blue vase is not appropriate for a funeral either.

Though pretty...not anything close to the picture I ordered. No roses and all the flowers were supposed to be purple not pink.
