That's not the right place

I don't want to be critical, but this looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I ordered all white with white tulips, white alstroemeria, and white spray roses (Teleflora's Divine Mosaic Bouquet). I don't see any of those in this arrangement. If you couldn't replicate the arrangement ordered, I should have been contacted.

I am disappointed even though the bouquet is lovely because I ordered sunflowers.

Unfortunately the flowers were never delivered. I've been trying to contact you.

These are some of the same flowers, but it is not the same height and there are not nearly as many flowers. If I wanted a short arrangement, I would have orders one of the arrangements that came in a shorter vase. I ordered the medium size and this looks like less than the number of flowers in the picture in the small size. I have ordered from you for several years because I have always been disappointed in online floral arrangements; they never look like what is advertised online. Your orders had always met my expectations, but I am extremely dissatisfied with this.

I really wish this florist would have given me the flowers I requested!! I asked for all sunflowers and white daises, I'm very disappointed 😿

That's not at all pretty!!!! Over a $100 and was expecting something tastefully done. Very disappointed.

Not what I was looking for. I wanted white and blue not yellow and blue like in the arrangement I picked.

There are suppose to be two arrangements. Another for brother. The colors were suppose to be blues and more masculine colors.

I had to wait more than 3 hours after my first order was delivered and I had to call a lot to get it delivered as soon as possible.

Terrible, I ordered a large vase and paid 100.00 dollars. I received an 8 inch bouquet and half of the flowers started dying the next day. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Could of gotten a better arrangement at Stop and Shop for $30.00. Never again.

Don't think I like this one. Green leaves look faded and the color combo doesn't blend well. If possible, please don't deliver.

Beautiful

This really doesn't look like what I ordered at all. The shape is not attractive and there are very few actual white lilies, except for the three in a horizontal line at the bottom and a few that haven't opened yet. Very disappointed!

To be honest. The flowers are all wilted and not very appealing. Maybe its not the right time ro order such flowers.

This is not what my mother got. My mother & father both stated there was no hydranger...plants were all white. I am living in texas so depend on your pictures but this was not what she received. All previous orders you have done were 5 star. This is very disappointing.

The arrangement is beautiful. Solimine will keep it in a cool place for a week until the burial. Hope most of it will be OK. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement.
