I am not happy. The arrangement does not look like the picture. It looks like you just stick flowers in a cube. There was no arranging of anything.

Not at all what I ordered. Completely incorrect color scheme. Plus front flower looks tired w/multiple carnation “fillers”. I'm embarrassed to have Sent to am employee celebrating her 70tb birthday today. Very disappointing

Pretty awful. Pull out yellow roses, too bushy on white. Was thinking it would be more delicate so I won't use it.

I thought by selecting the large size there would be more roses and flowers and it was going to look similar to the website picture but with more. It looks nice but not really what i expected. Ive bought tons of flowers from you guys, and i I regularly order from you but this arrangement is kind of disappointing to be honest.

Hi the driver left the flowers at my mother's house - outside and they fell - the vase broke and flowers were everywhere- can you please help me. No one is answering the phone.

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered the cardinal in ornament arrangement 12/13 on line and spoke with someone in follow up. Our sister died 11/1. I wanted my sister to have this arrangement for her birthday. I would not have ordered the arrangement you sent. I would rate no stars for your lack of delivering the product as expected. I am beyond upset and tried to call but you are not answering your phone😞

This is a disgusting floral arrangement i spent 70.00 and upgraded this from small to large this looks like a 20.00 special from stop and shop. I just saw this in person and I cannot believe anyone who works there would see that it was suppose to be a $70.00 arrangement and this is what you sent me or the person I got it for for their birthday. I have to tell you I always have used you and probably will never again. Beyond disappointed and disgusted what a waste of money

To be honest, I was disappointed. I ordered the medium Sacred Garden standing spray. I want a tasteful subtle display of color, not bright and cheerful.I loved the trailing ferns and the muted colors of the Sacred Garden. This is not what I envisioned.

Does not look like photo. There are lots of carnations in my bouquet. Receiver hates carnations. I could not have gotten this bouquet if I knew you'd replace flowers.

It doesn't look like the picture on line. There is no focal point. I don't like that one yellow rose that is old. It looks thrown together messy. It never made it to the funeral. Thanks for the photo.

Don't care for the bow or the ragweed-like flowers. Not classy! Tacky looking. Very unhappy. Needs to be fixed before delivery.
