Four, if not 5 times as small as pictured. Absolutely dissatisfied. I feel like I got scammed.

This arrangement is awful and looks nothing like the picture. It's supposed to be in a basket and there were supposed to be all different shades of purple flowers. Please do not send this arrangement. Someone needs to contact me ASAP.

Very very disappointed with this arrangement. I was surprised that tainted old roses, yellow flowers loosing petals, blue flowers open and just a disapoint. Our family has used and trusted Salvys florist for as long as you have existed. Linda Using out dated flowers is beyond unacceptable.

Those don't look like the flowers I ordered. There should be peach roses not peach carnations, and there should be pink asiatic lillies as well. I also ordered it in a pink cube not clear mini vase.

My family and I have been Salvy customer for many years which is why I would have never expected a sub par product and a rude response after requesting corrective action to an order. I waited almost 3 weeks for a response to a phone call and only recieved a call back after a subsequent e mail. When the response you get it, "there is nothing I can do about it" "I don't see the problem, " our stock is low", "the people taking the photo don't do a great job" "I'm not going to refund at this point" " I'll give you 10.00 back" Which I declined only because I was trying to get a professional response, like maybe I'm sorry of course there is a difference between Lilly and carnations. Thank you for your continued business How can we make this right. All basic customer service response.

I ordered an arrangement online with white lilies and pink roses, very little greenery. This has a lot of greens, no lilies, daisies (which are cheap and don't send the right message), and no color at all. This was a gift for someone important so I am all the more annoyed. Please do better and get your orders right.

Picture was in a glazed ceramic pot with ivy and other green plants and no flowers. For a funeral and so not happy with the flowers or bows. Wanted a glazed pot as well.

Purchased 3 pieces. The casker blanket and two matching pieces. One was to have a ribbon "Dad" and the other "Grandpa" The Dad ribbon was not included. I tried contacting via their website and they didn't respond. Finally heard back days later after I sent an email and was asked what they could do. A LITTLE TOO LATE. $650 IS A LOT OF MONEY - Should have gotten the order right.

The creation looks nothing like this photo online. I am extremely disappointed and if they have not been delivered yet, I do ask that they're redone. These will not lift the spirit of my friend. Thank you.

Its doesn't look like the one on the website that showed ! I paid for the Large size to get the full look but this is not what I expected ! Would be nice if you can add more roses or at least similar to the one on your website. Thank you !

I was not pleased with the what I spend. I spend $100 dollars for wild arrangement and not for standard lilies. And there are not many collections in it. Am very disappointed.

I'm not impressed. The bouquet I choice was all yellow flowers, some roses. This looks like a funeral bouquet with a balloon. I'm not happy at all

Flowers were delivered Saturday April 3rd, left on front porch. They were not in any type of box to prevent them from falling over and they fell over left without water for a number of hours. Why would you leave a glass vase left sitting on a porch like
