Where are the sunflowers? And why aren't there more roses if I paid for a size upgrade? The photo did not show lilies, it showed sunflowers. This is a problem because the receiver is allergic to lilies.

The arrangement received was not what was ordered. The arrangement ordered had white roses, white lilies and also some blue flowers. The arrangement received looked very different. Same day delivery was nice.

While I understand that certain flowers may not be available this is advertised as a winter bouquet. This is not similar to the image on the site at all nor does it match the description that states this bouquet will be of lavender flowers. Regardless of that the bouquet in picture looks unbalanced and poorly color matched. I'm disappointed in the result.

The plant I ordered is lovely and I appreciate the photo. However , trying to get a response from Salvys regarding the delivery status was difficult. One message, 1 email and 2 unanswered phone calls ( international).with no answering machine. I appreciate that this is a very busy time of year which is why I ordered early.

For 15 years I have ordered from Iowa a dozen long stem roses and birthday balloon to be delivered to the same dear friend of mine. This is the first year of a major screw up. The delivery was made not to the wrong address but to the wrong town!

We asked for an arrangement, primarily pink flowers. They asked if we wanted light or bright - we stated bright. There are two pink flowers in this whole arrangement. They just tossed it together with what they had, mostly filler plants. I am disappointed, but I feel like everyone is not providing nice arrangements because they can't afford it. It's tough when you can't deliver it yourself, you're subject to whatever the company provides.

The bouquet was great. However it was delivered a day early. I ordered them for my wife's birthday and getting them delivered the wrong day was a bummer. I checked receipt and it has the correct delivery date on it.

I am disappointed in the arrangement. The picture and description were of autumnal colors which is why we chose it. The one delivered looks like a springtime arrangement with bush like filler . I realize stock can vary but this is not even close to what we expected .

That's not ideal. I was not notified or consulted about the changes made to the arrangement. You put a pink bow and roses ( neither of which were part of the arrangement we ordered) in an arrangement my brother and I got for an elderly male friend. Honestly we were embarrassed that something like that was delivered on our behalf. We will not recommend or order from Salvi again.

Hi, I'm sorry but this doesn't look anything like the Gentle comfort sympathy basket that I referenced from the website. It did not show any hydrangeas and had more delphiniums and lavender asters, any way to remove the hydrangeas??

Hi! Normally you guys do a great job however, that photo looks nothing like the one listed that I purchased. I ordered the citrus kissed spring bouquet, which advertised many roses and other completely different flowers, for my mother's birthday. Please fix it or I will be canceling my order. Thank you!

It does not represent what I ordered. I understand availability of flowers can be difficult so I expect substitutions. However the color palette of the arrangement you sent does not match what I selected. This arrangement was very pink and lavender with some orange lily's and pastel roses. The arrangement I selected online was more reds, yellows, deep purples, and airier. The style of this arrangement was a dense triangle of flowers. Overall it was fine but I don't feel I got what I ordered in terms of color or design. I appreciate receiving the picture but given that it's a funeral arrangement I didn't feel I could request a change given the timing. I was dissappointed .
