Although the customer service is excellent, I am once again disappointed in the flower arrangement. There were very few flowers for a $100 order, so I will be going elsewhere for future orders as this is the third time I have been disappointed. :(

We haven't seen the flowers in person yet. It looks like both are table arrangements and we ordered a spray and a basket.

I ordered the Bright and beautiful bouquet that I saw on Val's website. It should have dark pink roses and yellow snapdragons, etc. I am not happy with this piece and I don't understand why it didn't come from Val's in Chelsea where I ordered it from!! I

Maybe the photo is just not good.... but the red flowers (roses???) look wilted. Does not resemble the product I selected.... I hope you will send a photo of the arrangement when it is sent please. (January 30, 2017) Thank you

This does not resemble the picture I chose on-line. This appears to be much coarser. Can't say that I am as pleased as I have been in the past.

I was disappointed that I ordered a Christmas bouquet and what was sent didn't look "Christmasy" at all. I expected red, green, white flowers, greens.

Not enough flowers and way too green.arrangement I saw online was all white fees with hints if green accents. This is mostly green.

Not happy that my original order was not filled. This arrangement is not worth what I am paying for! First time this has happened. Embarrassed to not have the flowers at the wake.

The flowers look as though someone without floral training put them together - bow was overwhelming and the yellow gerbera too bold in color for other flowers - very disappointed - no oohs and aahs on this one! Guess it is the thought that counts.
