"I saw the flowers the next day after delivery and I was disappointed because already one of the hydrangeas was dying . Also, a couple of petals of the roses were already falling off. Fortunately, my godmother is elderly and didn't notice, but I did !

"The person to whom I sent flowers didn't let me know they arrived, so I really have nothing on which to base this review.
I was appreciative of the fact that Salvy the Florist alerted me that the arrangement could not be exactly what I ordered, and why, and that I had the opportunity to contact them before the delivery was completed if I was unhappy with their substitution.

"I have already left you a comment when I first received the picture after it was delivered. Let me repeat: I was very disappointed in the arrangement. Too much green, too spiky and no unusual white flowers. I could have ordered a spectacular bouquet from my florist in Honolulu, for less or similar price including shipment. I try to give local florist a chance, but will probably not reorder from you. Sorry to be negative!"
"Although this planter was great, my boyfriend sent a large arrangement that was not as fresh as I would hope, and the greenery was full of bugs. I had taken it home to break up into bouquets for a local nursing home, and I ended up throwing the whole thing out, afraid that the infestation would affect my own house plants."
