This arrangement doesn't look like what I was expecting according to the online picture. The vase isn't purple and the flowers are different

These are pretty but don't look like the picture at all.

Love that you took the time to send me a photo of the arrangement. However, was this the back or front? If it is the front, there is a void in the front where it should be a focal point. A few more flowers there would make a difference.

Not sure about this one. If this is the one for the grandchildren, it was supposed to be in a square wicker basket.

Arrangement isnt terrible, but compared to what i expected it to look like, I am disappointed. The arrangement i ordered was pastel pink, purple, and blue (to coordinate with the vase) and the colors in my arrangement are quite different. Im a good customer of Salvy's and have sent them a lot of business. Normally i would rate anything i receive from Salvy's with TEN stars. I am usually over-the-moon, about each and every order.

I liked getting the picture, but was very disappointed with the colors in the arrangement . I asked for blue (hydrangeas) white, and lavender (tulips). And maybe bit of yellow. Definitely not orange lilies!!!! The quality of the flowers and the arrangement were excellent.

I had ordered the madly in love flowers

I was under the impression this order would include a dozen roses however upon arrival it did not. Otherwise the arrangement was beautiful

The arrangement is disappointing. It doesn't look like the picture on the website. There should not be any Baby's Breath. It looks messy. And I was expecting a satin ribbon. This is my first time ordering.

I had called earlier right when I received the text because I was expecting something larger with less green and more flowers just like it is shown in the description. When I called, I was told that the picture taken wasn't a good angle, and my understanding was that another picture would be sent to me. I still haven't received anything.. were you able to take another picture? Now that I am out of work, I took a closer look and I am a bit confused. I was under the impression I was ordering the “Dreams from the Heart Bouquet” but it looks like the bouquet resembles Gift of Grace bouquet considering there are no eucalyptus stems sticking out and the presence of hydrangeas and less roses. I also asked for the same vines to be added (the same ones as pictured in the Rose Romanesque bouquet) to cascade out, and I don't see those either. The flowers are still pretty, just asking for recommendations on how I should order going forward to make sure they come out as requested. Thank you

Picture online looked more blue and vase was blue :-(

Disappointed because of carnations and no daisies and lacking roses based on website photo. The little girl was happy to receive flowers but I am disappointed. What are those big green fillers? On a better note the delivery person was fantastic & very friendly to my nephew and his dogs.

Yes it's nice. Roses look pretty can't see the other flowers that well.

I liked receiving the photo. The dish garden I ordered was in a pretty ceramic dish as advertised on the website, but instead was sent in a basket. Website needs updating.
