I ordered a medium “Caroling in the snow” bouquet. It is supposed to have a red vase and white Lily flowers. This looks somewhat similar but it doesn't match the photo on the website.

I ordered a monochromatic peach colored arrangement. I specifically did not want pink. The florist told me that there was no pink, but I got a photo from the recipient, and it was a mixture of pink and orange. I could have spent a lot less to get what I got. I wanted some thing truly elegant. The flowers were very pretty but not what I ordered

When my uncle passed I wanted to order flowers to send from the cousins. His immediate family was ordering from salvy's so we went with it. I asked for a rustic bouquet to be put in a basket.. the quote on line for a large with no basket is 169.00. I asked for a basket and medium size and was charged 200.00 . I also asked for NOT a white ribbon as the arrangement was darker and the gentleman on the phone agreed, but the ribbon was white when delivered. I guess the weirdest part and all involved agree was that the preview picture sent to my cellphone as a PREVIEW had a plastic or metal butterfly on the arrangement. When i called to confirm the butterfly was NOT on the basket. The gentleman I spoke with sounded completely put out and said he had to send someone back over to the funeral home to remove the butterfly. Who puts a butterfly on an elderly mans funeral flowers????? Totally inappropriate!!!. The flowers were beautiful, not worth 200.00 by any means. We all saw all the flowers from all the florist and I'll stick to my own local Peabody florist from now on.

Although this is a beautiful arrangement, the picture online showed an orange vase which is the reason I chose it because the recipients favorite color is orange. The vase chosen for my arrangement is not orange. :(

Thank you for sending me a picture. I love that you do that. I'm not completely satisfied about the arrangement. The original picture had all fall colors, not pink flowers. I didn't see carnations in the original picture either. I wasn't expecting them in the arrangement that I sent. Jean Gallo

A couple of things, if I may. 1)" Do you like flower arrangement?" To be well written, it should say do you like YOUR flower arrangement or do you like THE flower arrangement. 2) I felt quite rushed when I called to place the order. It was very matter-of-fpact and I felt like I was just a number and not a person sending flowers to someone I care about. 3) I was not told if there was a delivery charge or even what the total amount of my purchase was, let alone receive a receipt. I believe in supporting small, local businesses and seek only to provide candid customer feedback for your edification.
