What I ordered was orchids with large Christmas balls. This was not what was delivered. However, the recipient was surprised and I hope to try again with another order. I think I should have been given a credit for the orchids , as the substitute flower

It should have a better balance of yellow to white- this is too much white. It should be “tighter” it's looks sparse with too much space in between. Also, the case should be yellow as it was on the site.

Plants are fine but, Unfortunately this is not what I ordered. I ordered arrangement in a basket and was not notified that it wouldn't be in one. I searched the whole site to find a basket to recipients liking. This makes me extremely sad.

Arrangement was beautiful however was a little disappointed at how some of the leaves were starting to dry out and the some of the edges of the roses were turning brown. Even some of the green flowers were wilting.
