Flowers were nice and delivery person communicated the delivery. The only issue is that he tried delivering to the wrong building, and when person was not home he left it with their neighbor, not mine. It's a townhome and building numbers are on the side of buildings.

It's pretty but what we ordered vs what she got was definitely different.

I ordered these flowers on 1/29 to be delivered by 12pm same day and they weren't delivered until 1/30 at 130pm. The customer service was absolutely horrible and on top of that my flowers in the picture looked nothing like the pictures of what i ordered. A few of them were close to dead.. not satisfied at all.

I love my flowers from the flower basket! They are unique, fresh and beautiful. With so many grocery store flowers out there it is nice to have a local florist who cares about flower quality and arrangement. I love supporting small businesses who work hard and provide superior products. The Flower Basket is one of those places.

I looked out my bedroom window to see your delivery person standing in my front yard taking a picture of my house. I didn't appreciate the invasion of privacy! The flowers were okay. I did not like the shape of the arrangement. An elongated arrangement in a round cylinder seemed odd.
