Just like last Valentine's Day, the original arrangement was atrocious -roses whose outside petals were browning, drooping flowers, etc. Last year I drove to The Flower Basket and showed the arrangement to the manager who was so apologetic and had replacement arrangement made right then.This year I called and spoke with Colleen and explained everything. She remembered the experience from last year. A replacement arrangement was delivered and was absolutely beautiful. Using “outside designers” for such busy holidays is understood but the quality of the arrangements should be monitored before they are even allowed to leave the store.

Initially the flowers were nice for the 1st 2 days then everything dried out except the Lillys. By Saturday she threw everything out. Not impressed with the quality of the flowers especially given the cost of the arrangement.

The delivery lady was so nice! 30% of the flowers were already dying when I received them. The display was just ok. some of the rose petals had fallen into the vase water. I know this time of year is the busiest. I understand! Hopefully, the next time my daughter purchase from you all the buds and flowers will be fresher. Looked like a rushed job. I definitely won't share the disappointment with my daughter. The love and thought she put into this was truly heartfelt. Thank you for asking me about the order. Have a great year!!

Paid for delivery by noon. Flowers came 3 hours late. Had to stay home because flowers could not be left out in cold. They also were partially wilted. They were sent to my daughter for her birthday. She still appreciated the thought. Could do better.

The photo doesn't match the arrangement in the online photo, also it's not showing the 2 stems of burgundy mums (which arrived wilted). I'm not thrilled to have paid approximately $70 for what I could have bought at Jewel for about $25 and arranged myself (I teach floral design).☹️

I am the person who ordered the flowers and the picture is not anywhere near what I ordered. I ordered pink and white flowers. Doesn't look good at all

Disappointed does not look like picture on website at all. Not even same color screen. What happened to white and baby blue. Did you delay delivery? Never got a response to my request and some flowers were dead when received.

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful flower/plant basket. Did not receive anything remotely like what I thought I was getting. Received an Easter Lilly. Gave two stars because the Lilly was pretty and customer service was helpful. But disappointed that I received nothing like I thought!

I was expecting this to be a bit more fresh & a prettier flower arrangement. As you can tell by the picture this can be a flower arrangement that anyone can easily pick up from a grocery store nearby.

Vase was clear instead of purple (main reason I ordered) bouquet looked a lot fuller in pictures. Highly disappointing for our 28th anniversary.

The flowers were pretty, roses didn't last three days, heads fell. Chocolates were not delivered together with the flowers, but 24 hours later after my birthday.
