It was pretty...but small for the big price

They were nice. I was just hoping for different white flowers like described when I ordered them.

Flowers are nice but look several days old. You need to work on freshness.

I must say I was a bit disappointed. The carnations were already wilting when they arrived. They were delivered without any wrapping what so ever and just placed by my front door in the extreme cold. Fortunately I was home at the time. of delivery. I will say the roses were very pretty

The arrangement was very pretty but the floppy purple flowers were a little too floppy for the small arrangement and def. detracted from the aesthetic. The arrangement needed a more upright flower like the lavender looking piece.

They were cute for 2 days then most of the died.

Kinda disappointing. Flowers were brown and wilted. Not exactly fresh. Definitely could have been better, especially for the price and Valentine's Day

The arrangement was not what I expected. The flowers were ok but for $120.00 it was way too small. It just didn't have the impact I had expected. However, when we contacted TFB to let them know our disappointment, they made an adjustment and brought the total down to about what the arrangement was worth.

I looked out my bedroom window to see your delivery person standing in my front yard taking a picture of my house. I didn't appreciate the invasion of privacy! The flowers were okay. I did not like the shape of the arrangement. An elongated arrangement in a round cylinder seemed odd.

Arrangement was lovely, wooden container was leaking and got my countertop completely drenched!

The flowers were beautiful, but they were nowhere near what the original picture depicted. Not the same vase and definitely not the same flowers. Much smaller than what was ordered.

The arrangement was smaller than expected and the chocolates were average. Overall, way overpriced for what was received.

Flowers are beautiful. Delivery veas a mess. I wasn't home for maybe an hour and they claimed they called, but I didn't get a message. I came home to wait for them to be delivered. I spent my birthday sitting at home waiting for these flowers to arrive and they didn't come. The flowers were delivered the next evening. Since they were ordered off the FTD website we didn't know which flower shop was delivering them or who to call. FTD wouldn't provide us with that information or give my boyfriend a refund. He sat at home all day Saturday waiting for the flowers and they were delivered at 6:30pm. I told him not to order flowers from ftd again.

The flowers were beautiful however they were advertised as same day delivery. The order was in before 1pm and as if 8 pm they had not been delivered. When I contacted FTD customer service they said they wouldn't be delivered until next day. I was very disappointed and requested the order be canceled and they I receive a refund. Not sure why the delivery still came the next day?

The arrangement was pretty looking but was much smaller than expected. The greenery was a bit dry and falling off by the next day. The flowers were dead within 3 days.

Was late one day but beautiful was not delivered on time

I think it's beautiful but it came not protected and was just sitting on the front stoop.i didn't find it till right before bed.

I thought the arrangement would have more flowers. And the vase was supposed to be a ceramic block not a bear.

The flowers were beautiful, but they were not as ordered. The order was specifically chosen because of the carnations. There were no carnations in the bouquet at all. That was disappointing especially since the sender wanted to see my reaction. The delivery man was delightful. They were lovely, but the mark was missed.

The bouquet is beautiful. The balloons loss their helium and deflated and sunk less than 24.hours after receiving them.

The flowers were lovely and had major wilt the next day. Water was full, too. That was disappointing
