The flowers are beautiful and it was great to get a heads up before they were delivered.

The arrangement was basic ( flowers in a vase) The flowers itself were beautiful.

Definitely 5 stars! It's been a week and not a single flower has had to be removed from the bouquet. Even the tulips are still standing straight up.

Beautiful arrangement! Ordered and had it delivered same day! That's for the fast turnaround time!

Just like last Valentine's Day, the original arrangement was atrocious -roses whose outside petals were browning, drooping flowers, etc. Last year I drove to The Flower Basket and showed the arrangement to the manager who was so apologetic and had replacement arrangement made right then.This year I called and spoke with Colleen and explained everything. She remembered the experience from last year. A replacement arrangement was delivered and was absolutely beautiful. Using “outside designers” for such busy holidays is understood but the quality of the arrangements should be monitored before they are even allowed to leave the store.

I must say I was a bit disappointed. The carnations were already wilting when they arrived. They were delivered without any wrapping what so ever and just placed by my front door in the extreme cold. Fortunately I was home at the time. of delivery. I will say the roses were very pretty

Purple flowers looked withered. It might be because it was cold that day but others than that they looked nice
